The Servbot is a LEGO-like robot first appearing in the Mega Man Legends series. Since then, they have become a sort of unofficial Capcom mascot, much like the Toy Story aliens.
This costume is likely a reference to the Dead Rising series which allows you to wear a Servbot mask, and/or put them on zombies. (watch!)
